How to Use Phrasely
Phrasely turns expressions you hear into vocabulary you actually use. Here's the whole loop, from first save to second nature.
Add a phrase
Heard something worth keeping in a podcast, a film, or a conversation? Paste it into Add just as you heard it, even as a rough fragment. Mark the part you want explained with ??, for example "He was being cagey ?? about the decision." AI curation turns that into a clear definition, identifies the headword, and links a dictionary source, so you don't have to structure it yourself.
See it grow in Bubble
Bubble shows your whole collection at a glance. Expressions you revisit often grow larger; ones you've neglected stay small, so it's easy to see what's sticking and what needs another look.
Practise with Shuffle
Shuffle is a five-minute habit: flip through random phrases from your own collection instead of someone else's feed. Every tap favours expressions you haven't encountered lately.
Find it again in Phrases
Phrases is your full collection, browsable and searchable. Search by headword, or fall back to semantic search when you remember the meaning but not the exact words. Open any entry to see related phrases you've saved nearby.
Use it inside ChatGPT
Connect Phrasely to ChatGPT and skip the app entirely: ask it to explain something you just heard, weave your saved phrases into the conversation, or quiz you on a few at random. New phrases you discover mid-conversation get saved straight back to your collection.

Stay on top of it in Settings
Settings lets you get a phrase from your collection emailed to you on a schedule (daily, weekly, or monthly) so review happens even on days you don't open the app. You can also export your whole collection at any time as CSV, JSON, or plain text, so your phrase list is never locked in.
